Sreypov Chan was only seven when her mother decided to sell her into sex slavery. She was sold into the Brothel In Phonom Penh; Cambodia's capital city to sex slavery. This young Cambodian was chased by gangsters, and was tortured with multiple acts of violence and unbearable torture. She was kept in a small cage like a dog, and beaten on a regular basis. The duty of this child’s job was to have sex with twenty men a day, providing a steady income for her pimp. If refusing to abide by this rule, various ways were used to torture her. These ways involved, being whipped with metal cards, gang raped, and shocked with electrical wires. Lucky for Chan, she was able to escape from the brothels at the age of ten. She hopes to be able to tell others her story, and continue rebuilding her new life.
